Daniel E. Ostrach

Dan’s practice is focused on complex commercial litigation, including cases involving intellectual property infringement. He assists a range of clients, from individuals to privately held businesses, in matters pending in state and federal trial and appellate courts. Prior to joining the firm, Dan’s practice focused on commercial litigation and international arbitration. He represented clients in diverse areas, including matters involving federal environmental law, trademark infringement and counterfeiting, and labor and employment. His international arbitration representation focused on commercial price reopeners and bilateral investment treaties.

During law school, Dan worked at the Berkman Center for Internet and Society at Harvard Law School, focusing on research regarding internet media law issues. Prior to law school, Dan taught English in Japan through the Japanese government’s JET Programme.
