Attorney Daniel Ostrach joins Scott & Bush Ltd.
December 15, 2011 – Providence, RI – Scott & Bush Ltd., a Providence, RI law firm specializing in intellectual property and business litigation, today announced that attorney Daniel E. Ostrach has joined the firm as an associate.
Dan, who is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Ohio, is a business litigator and will handle commercial and intellectual property matters at Scott & Bush.
Before joining the firm, Dan worked for Ohio-based Squire, Sanders & Dempsey, where he handled commercial litigation matters involving environment law, trademark infringement and counterfeiting, labor and employment, and international arbitration focused on bilateral investment treaties.
A graduate of Boston College Law School and Connecticut College, Dan expanded his business and international experience as a member of the International and Comparative Law Journal at Boston College Law School. He also worked at the Berkman Center for Internet and Society at Harvard Law School and taught English in Japan.
